Client Case Study: How iTEAC is using the acceleration of digital learning needs due to COVID-19 as an opportunity to become the Philippine Industry leader in TVI Digital Online Learning

In order to stay competitive in the new post-COVID world and continue the work iTEAC does as a technical vocational institution, they knew they had to innovate today.

Founded in 2016, iTEAC (International Training for Enhancement and Accreditation Center) based in Paranaque City, Philippines is one of the leading technical vocational institutions (TVI) in its service area. They started out by catering to the Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) pipeline by offering training and National Certificate courses such as Welding and Language, which provide strong qualifications for overseas deployment. Over the past few years, iTEAC has been slowly but steadily growing its business and has since served hundreds of students; collectively potentially have in turn sent approximately tens of millions of US dollars in remittances back to the Philippines and their families.

The trajectory of iTEAC was upward, positive, and growing in line with the Philippine economy since they themselves played a critical role in the value chain that enabled that growth in the OFW sectors.

However, everything changed when COVID-19 happened.
